Promises lay broken,
Like the toys stay broken forever!”
In the year 2014, a promise, a slogan, an anthem – “Achhe din aane waale hain!” – took billions of Indians by storm to unanimously support BJP resulting in their landslide victory in the Lok Sabha elections that year after 1999 again, thus bringing an end to the rarely interrupted 53-year old Congress regime in India! Several promises were made by our Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi, which included the economic development of the country, infrastructural development of the country, urbanisation of rural areas in the country, development of small-scale businesses to large-scale industries, thus also improving the employment scenario of the country, eradication of poverty in the country, development of education sector of the country and so on!
But where is the “Acche din”? Rather, India wants to know – “Kab acche din aayenge?”. Many philosophers claim that, “Failures are the pillars of success”! But Modiji has already piled up mountains of failures – starting with the failed demonetisation programme which failed in its main objective of stopping the circulation of black money and instead caused huge problems in the everyday lives of the commoners, followed by skyrocketing prices of regular essentials as well as other commodities and devices resulting in rising inflation as the salary of Indian citizens aren’t increasing at the same rate, and is still continuing as the country witnessed the steepest fall of Indian Rupee in Asia, now worth INR ₹82.66 per USD! Other failures include – increase of petrol, diesel and LPG prices due to steeply increased excise duties resulting in the increase of cost of living in India though the salaries of Indians are stagnant, stoppage of farmer bonus of ₹150 Cr. on paddy and wheat since June 2014 and usurpation of lands of farmers by introducing three ‘anti-farmer’ laws, drastic fall of employment rate and literacy rate of the country, fall of ranks in Global Hunger Index, Global Gender Gap Index, Social Progress Index, Global Fuel Security Index, EUI Democracy Index, WJP Rule of Law Index, Freedom of Press, etc. and so on! How much time, Modiji? How many more pillars of failure do you need to bring “Acche din” in India, BJP? How many more failures of Modiji do the common citizens of India need to suffer from to see and enjoy the fruits of the first success of BJP-run Indian government?! It has already been 9 years, but BJP hasn’t lived upto the expectations of the Indian masses and yet hasn’t been able to bring “Acche din” in India!
Open your eyes, my fellow Indians! Stop blinding yourself with fake promises! Stop blinding yourself with communal hatred that BJP is spreading to cover-up their failures! Stop voting BJP! It is quite evident that BJP is selling our country and breaking down our economic backbone! BJP won the 2019 Lok Sabha elections just by promoting “Jay Shree Ram” and communal hatred to mask their failure of not being able to bring “Acche din” in India! Don’t fall in their trap and commit the crime of promoting communal rivalry! Our Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, aka. Didi says, “Indians whether Hindu, Muslim or Christians are all Indians! সবাই আমরা ভাই-বোন, তাই নিজেদের মধ্যে বিভেদ করো না। ভালোবেসে একে অপরের তরে বাঁচো !”
People of West Bengal on the other hand, receives all the government schemes and aids, as Didi had promised to every citizen living in Bengal before vote! The IT and chemical industry of Bengal has flourished since the inception of AITC’s regime in Bengal! The state had been broken down into tatters, vandalised, flooded with criminal activities and looted rampantly leaving 1.87 lakh crores of loan by the previous 34-year old CPI(M) regime! Thanks to Didi’s victory in 2011, West Bengal found political peace, villages were urbanized, social welfare schemes like UNPSA 1st prize awarded Kanyashree, Sabuj Sathi, Lakshmir Bhander, Rupashree, SVMCM are distributed to people irrespective of their religion or community, education system has upgraded, employment rate has increased and so on! Didi not only brought back secularism and democracy in Bengal but also radically developed West Bengal into a proper urban state! She kept her promises that she gave her people!
Stop making Gujarat the model of the nation where the bridges are breaking and walls are being built to hide the lower classes ridden with poverty from elite international figures! Stop making Uttar Pradesh the model of the nation where the primary education index has hit rock-bottom! Stop making Madhya Pradesh the model of the nation where the largest recruitment scam, ie, ‘Vyapam’ scam destroyed careers of several deserving youth!
Make West Bengal the model of the nation! The safest and most peaceful state of India! The only state that promotes democracy and secularism in India! The only state which urbanized and developed itself into a technically and scientifically advanced region, rich in culture and heritage! The state which created businesses and industries without giving birth to international robbers masked as businessmen like Mehul Choksi, Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi!
So, clear your minds! Raise your voices!
Don’t get brainwashed into believing that “Acche din aayenge”!
Rise against the fake promises!
India needs a radical transformation, so, Be the Change!
India needs Mamata di!
India wants Mamata di!
